Micronization

Since 2004 our main business has been the micronization, respectively milling of active pharmaceutical ingredients (API).

Micronization is a successful technology for decreasing the size of particles of active pharmaceutical ingredients (API) for example, which increases the biological disposability.

We realise the particle size decrease for your product in a gentle way by particle collision in air-jet mills. Hereby, the micronization can either be done in a standard way using oil-free, cleaned and dried air pressure, or with particularly sensitive products in a nitrogen-based atmosphere, if our customer wishes.

We undertake the milling, or micronization in modern cGMP certified dust-free rooms, sub-divided according to various product categories.

Furthermore, we can also mill fibrous, brittle or crystalline natural material at our special mills, for example the planetary ball mill or rotor speed mill whilst ensuring our high quality standards.

All stages of our work in micronization, respectively milling are carried out under the conditions of cGMP and fully documented.
